  Do not do business with this agency. I called with plenty of time (on 4/6, 14 days ahead of my other insurance dropping off) to get a policy on a vacant house of mine. I was assured they would do it, and I gave them my credit card for payment. When the other insurance dropped off (4/21), my mortgage company sent me notice that I had no insurance on the property. When I called the Dorman agency and told them my mortgage company needs the declaration page from my policy, they began putting insurance on my place, including sending me the application to sign. Less than a month later (5/19), I got a notice from the underwriter that they never received the paperwork (application) for my policy, and they are cancelling me. I called the mortgage company and they said they never received the declarations page from Dorman Agency. I called the Dorman Agency to ask them what happened, and since the underwriter said there would be a refund, just to give it to me. The lady told me she would check get back to me. I've waited two weeks now, and have nothing from them. They were happy to take my $535, and I got nothing in return. My next step is to get the Better Business Bureau involved.
