  I'm have been pretty pleased with the staff there at the winder location. Ms. Mary is outstanding and goes out of her way to really find out the issue, also the nurse is nice and personable. Recently having issue with staff answering the phones, they have been blunt and haven't transferred my call to the nurse when asked. Response is "the nurse is busy" can I Help you? No offense, but if they can't provide test results or some medical knowledge then I don't feel like relaying my issue to non medical experts only for the message to get lost in translation when getting to nurse is worth my time. I would suggest the nurse getting her own voicemail where patients can leave questions. Also with this location I have been told the delay in getting my results is because they only have one nurse and there is a paperwork delay, the organization may want to hiring more nurses for this location. Also it may be beneficial for Gwinnett clinic to start doing things more electronically, such as having test results electronically sent to them, then in turn having those results sent to the patients electronically, as it could reduce the paperwork backlog issues the nurses have with test results.
