She is so good with the kids, always returns my calls promptly when I have questions, she knows who we are, remebers things about us and makes our visits personal. The level of operational ineptitude, blatant disregard for patient safety and security, in addition to major HIPPA violations at the MedLink Winder office is worthy of an investigation. Don't expect anything but lip service from MedLink corporate offices in Colbert, GA.
